Abstract

The researcher: Ahmed Fizani Ali The research: the role of the public relations in developing the diplomatic institutes a descriptive analytical study on the Sudanese affairs ministry during the period (2014-2016). The research tackle the role of the public relations in holding the goals of the diplomatic institutes , and the basic function of the state foreign policy , through the (P-R) functions like researches, communication, and activity evaluation, and erasing the institute situation , and the diplomatic communicating . Beside the recognizing the problems of the challenges facing the (P-R) and limitate its activity. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the historical one. The research divided into a number of chapters and sectors. The methodological framework and the chapter of the public relations and the diplomacy and then the field study. At the end the study concluded a number of results the important one: The concern of the higher administration on the (P-R) and its role in the diplomatic activities , the study discover the weakness of the diplomatic styles in the foreign ministry , and the (P-R) concern on the duty services the welcoming , protocol , and etiquette .beside all that the study present the problem of interference between the different administrations in the ministry. At last the study mentioned a number of recommendations: The importance of utilizing the needs equipment and erasing the training courses for the employees. Beside the exchange of experience with friendship countries. And at last the supporting of the scientific researches in order of developing the diplomatic works.
