Abstract: The study delt with the role of the strategic changes of and at advanced engineering works company especially. This is within the duration between 2011 to 2015 in Khartoum. The problem of this study goes towards the question to what extent that the strategic changes of organization could positive role for better achievement within the companies Nowadays. The compitation is going very high that the new changes going on, it is obvious that the Company can not progress in its work without improving its out-put setting acomprehenive Stratege together with its workers. The study meant to shed light on the importance of the strategic changes of organization For better out-put in the company .its tries to uncover the obstacles that hider better Improvement .thus it aims to provide companies with results and recommendation that may Be useful to them . Adescriptive methodology is adopted for the study . taking acase study of the advanced Engineering works company as an example ,the study set up number of hypotheses,main of Which are the following ; applying strategic change of organization would lead to Improvement of the out-put the company,the improvement of the out-put in a company Would lead to good out-put and stability of the company, the study ended up with anumber Of results ; adopting the strategic change of organization would lead to improvement in the Companies , the application of strategic changes of organization play positive role toward Improvement of out- put leading to more production and stability of the company ,the Application of strategic changes of organization would lead to the change of the situation of Unpleasing and miscarriage of the workers to situation of satisfaction with ones job in the Company . The study also came out with a number of recommendations , main of which are the followings; it is important to take care of training the worker for training being the main Factor for effective man-power, bearing in mind the changes in and outside the country, it is Recommended that the programs of training should be improved in such a way that those Programs should be based on scientific methods, improving the system of incentives in such Away that the incentives should satisfy the need of the workers for better life .
