Abstract: Administrative mandate and its role in achieving the goals of organizations, a study aimed at clarifying the mandate established methods in the World Islamic Call Organization, and its effectiveness in achieving the organization's objectives. The study included the main points of the research, which included the following hypotheses: Administrative delegation leads to good training of employees and achieves the objectives of the organization. Administrative delegation leads to good coordination between the administrative units, and achieve the objectives of the organization. Delegation of functions and competence leads to improved human relations in the organization. Use the researcher in the study of the following methods: deductive approach - case study - historical approach . researcher highlighted the following results: the advantage of the administrative authority of the World Islamic Call Organization high flexibility allowing opportunities for the organization to achieve its objectives, the study showed that the mandate leads to good training for health institution the best used, as well as the need for coordination between the units and the organization is achieved thanks to the administrative authority of the health centers of the institution, and strengthens the mandate of trust between subordinates and management up among them in the institution, the study also showed that the training is not enough for employees in health institution, then it became clear from, the study shown that there is a high centralization of authorities in institution. The recommendations were in keeping with the flexibility of the laws and regulations of the international health institution, with the removal of the obstacles of delegation to reduce the high centralization in the authorities, giving the delegation a measure of confidence by the administration to achieve the goals of the organization, work hard to train health center workers because most of them Youth component to enhance and develop their abilities. We recommend that the employees of the organization in general maintain a spirit of harmony and coordination, in order to enhance and develop the institution and the organization as a whole.
