| Abstract: | Strategic management and its role in achieving the guilty of services Cases buddy :company commune cabins Sudanese zain for the period (2011-2017) Zain telecommunications company facing several challenges ,foremost among administrative challenge for senior management and the situation is further complicated in a constantly changing business environment .and it is affected by technological development ,technical and intense competition on the resources ,which males it imperator to manage these administrative style of the company to pursue advanced to be able to deal efficiently and efficiently with different variables and the problem of the research is concentrated in the extent of the application and practice of strategic in Sudan's telecommunications and affliction and effectiveness' of performance in this vital sector this research aims to identify the application and practice of strategic of strategic management in zain telecom and stand on the impact of their application on the quality of services provided by company. Tested this study are several hypotheses are: there is a relationship of statistical significance between the knowledge of senior management concepts and methods of strategic management and the practice of senior management in telecommunications companies , and blathered is a relationship of statistical significance were positive between the use of scientific methods in the process of strategic management and attract new customers and that there is relationship statistically significant differences between the perceived quality of the service provided and customer satisfaction ,and in addition to there is are lotion ship of statistical significance between the environment were positive internal and external of the organization and quality of service provided to customers. In addition, the study found that the application of strategic management leads to efficiency and effectiveness of performance in communications companies, and that those companies has an interest in training in general, but there are weaknesses and deficiencies in training in the field of strategic management. The study found there are some constraints and determinants that affect the application and practice of strategic management in the telecommunications sector in the Sudan. |
