Abstract

Research Title: Electronic Publishing and its Implications on the Paper Newspapers (An Empirical Study on the Journal of al-enttibaha, 2015-2016). Name of the researcher: Zainab Mohammed Hassan Qajeh Researcher's address:: zeanbmh2017@gmial.com The study dealt with electronic publishing and its impact on paper newspapers. A descriptive analytical study was applied to al-enttibaha newspaper through analytical descriptive method. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting the main data from a sample consisted of (85) individuals. The study included four chapters: the methodological framework for study, electronic publishing, electronic journalism and finally the field study. The research found a number of findings as: Electronic publication was positively reflected on the design of the newspaper by 83% according to the sample. The newspaper also benefited in the aspects of the output of the headlines and the development of the format of the advertisement and the uses of the press image. A number of respondents pointed out that the electronic publishing Enter new readers and new requirements. The most important recommendations were: Attention to the design of copies suitable for electronic applications and enable the follow-up of newspapers, and the need to enable the newspapers materially and humanly to overcome the problems that hinder the development of newspapers, the need for newspapers to prepare their websites and provide them with the full version of the newspaper with continuous updating of the site to increase the readability of paper newspapers.
