Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the effect of an effective system in the stimulation process on increasing production. And to demonstrate the impact of the development of an effective strategic plan for the stimulus process within the organization's strategies to enhance the creative capabilities of workers. Highlighting the role that the culture of participation in the stimulus process can play in increasing production. The research assumes the following hypotheses: following an effective system of stimulation leads to increased production. Put an effective strategic plan for the stimulus process within the organization's strategies and the enhancement of the creative capabilities of the staff. The consolidation of the culture of participation in the process of stimulation leads to increased production. The researcher adopted the historical approach, analytical descriptive approach and case study methodology. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the employees of the Bank are motivated by objective criteria, as well as the use of scientific methods in the process of stimulation enabled the Bank to attract rare talents to work. The study has a number of recommendations, the most important of which is that the administration should organize training courses and workshops for managers and officials when providing incentives, as well as the administration to search for the elements of work. The system of incentives and then works to address them in order to continue working as required, and also attention to the development of internal motivation among workers towards raising the efficiency of their performance and increase production by motivating them by informing the worker of its importance and role in achieving the goals.
