| Abstract: | The study dealt with organizational change and its impact on institutional loyalty to be the subject of this research. The problem of the research is what the impact of the effectiveness of organizational change on institutional loyalty to banks, and to what extent it can affect the work on improving the institutional loyalty of employees in the Banks environment, and what is the impact of the following humane standards in the process of organizational change to enhance the creative abilities of employees development banks?. The objective of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the impact of organizational change at the corporate loyalty to the employees in the Banks. The extent of the effect of improving the work to enhance the loyalty of the employees to the banks environment, to clarify the extent of the impact of following the humane standards in the process of organizational change in the Banks to enhance the creative abilities of employee. . The research used the historical method and the descriptive and analytical approach the as the case of the study. The researcher to test several hypotheses most important; that there are significant differences between the effectiveness of organizational change and institutional loyalty to employees of banks. The positive correlation between the improvement of appropriate organizational change and achieving institutional loyalty to the employees of the Banks working environment, The finding on the research as follows; there is a positive statistically correlation between the following of humanitarian standards in the process of organizational change and the enhancement of the creativity of workers abilities in the Banks. The clarity of the goals of the organization and organizational processes and management functions creates a good feeling of belonging to the bank. The Bank has an effective strategic plan to improve the work environment. The research offers a number of recommendations including, the Bank keen to motivate employees in the change process to enhance their creative abilities. The bank also seeks to consolidate the culture of training to workers to enhance their creative abilities. The exploitation of opportunities and resources for better contribution to the achievement of institutional loyalty. |
