| Abstract: | This research is aimed at studying the Hadiths judged defective by the Imam Ibn Khuzaymah in both books of Salah and Jummuah through his book named (Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah). The researcher addressed in this study the biography of the Imam Ibn Khuzaymah which included his birth, upbringing, death, academic effects and the sayings of scholars, besides, the study stated intellectual, social and political lives which people lived in the era of the Imam. It also handled the definition of the book named Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah in terms of naming, attributing the book to him, showing his authoring approach and academic status quo. The study handled the definition of the concept of the defective Hadiths, the importance of knowing them, the reasons for their occurrence and the efforts of the scholars in the science of the defective Hadiths. Concerning the Hadiths judged defective by the Imam Ibn Khuzaymah in his book, the study tackled them in his two books of Salah and Jummuah through his book named Sahih. The researcher reached a number of results and recommendations which were mentioned at the end of this research. He also ended this study with customary references in the scientific research which enable the reader to reach the research topics. Finally, he prays Allah the Almighty makes the research useful and beneficial. |
