Abstract: taken directly from the car that brought banana from the field , and after storage at different temperatures(commercial refrigerator , laboratory refrigerator and lab .temperature(35-38°C).The isolated bacteria genera were Klebseilla sp , Bacillus cereus , staphylococcus aureus . The number of bacteria from banana brought it from field were 23.2×1o􀬺􀜿􀝂􀝑 while the number of bacteria from commercial refrigerator was 33.65×1o􀬺cfu when the samples incubate at lab .temperature for 5 days the number increase 11 ×1o􀬺but the samples those incubate in lab. Refrigerator the number increased but not more 58.11×1o􀬺􀜿􀝂􀝑. The antimicrobial sensitivities shows that the tetracycline and ciprofloxacin have more effect to the tree genera Klebseilla oxitoca , klebsiella pneumonae Bacillus cereus (24, 23, 24.33 mm) respectively and Cipro (27,32,36.66mm) respectively but Novobiocin has a effect but less than tetracycline and ciprofloxacin (11 , 13 ,10.6mm) but penicillin has not effect to Klebseilla sp but has effect to Bacillus cereus (16.7mm) while the Methicillin has not effect to
