Abstract

The aim of the study is to know the whether the applying of Electronic Management and its effect of the privet sectors institution in the developing the performance , also the importance of applying the Electronic Management in the private sector , and whatever its applying the effect of the performance upon the employees with benefit and the specfications of applyingthe Electronic management . The Hypotheses of the research stand upon the applying of Electronic Management is contribute on raising of the efficiency upon the managerial performance , also applying of Electronic Management contribute in raising the level of the performance and develop the skills of the employees, the moving towards the Electronic Management will help the employee to increase the productivity and improve the performance, the researcher used the Descriptive method and Case study method ,the research output are the results below : Contribution of the Electronic Management in improving of the level of Administrative performance Efficiency ,also whenever the employees go towards using the Electronic Management the improving of their skill will be efficiently noticeable , which lead to increasing of the productivity and improving the performance . The most important of it is : All the institutions must apply the Electronic Management in all sectors and to be care of training the labors for different uses of the computer the availability of the computers to help the needs of information system .also must put training programs, and make orientations and sessions applying workshops to learn the applying the Electronic Management , and making more future studies and researches about the Electronic Management .
