Abstract: This research deals with the linguistic structures of Surat (Qaf) and its role in teaching Non-Arabic speakers the speech skill (by applying such to the second level, linguistic preparatory department, Arabic Language College).The research significance is represented in its benefiting the education institutions concerned with teaching Arabic language to the Non-Arabic speakers . The research aims, as well, to define the role of the linguistic structures of Surat (Qaf) in teaching the speech skill. The researcher adopted the descriptive-analytical methodology. Research finding were applied to a sample comprised of twenty-four studies of the second level, linguistic preparatory department, Arabic language collage, Africa international university. This research is composed of five chapters, where the researcher dealt , in the first chapter , with the research is fundamentals that depict the problem and significance, objectives, methodology , tools and terminology ,which demonstrate the research overall framework. The second chapter contains the previous studies. The third chapter contain the theoretical framework .the fourth chapter describes the conduct of the field study, whereas the fifth chapter includes the findings and recommendations, as well as the proposals of such. Some of the most important finding are : 1. The linguistic structure of Surat Qaf have a role in teaching non-Arabic speakers the speech skill. 2. Employing Surat Qaf’s linguistic structures contributes to teaching non-Arabic speakers the speech skill. 3. The linguistic structures in Surat Qaf increase the student’s vocabulary, and help him in developing the speech skill. The researcher has offered some recommendations ,some of which are : paying attention to the speech skill, and intensifying drills on such .as well as benefiting from the holly Qur’an in teaching the speech skill.
