Abstract

Praise to allah, peace and blessings are upon the noblest of god,s creation; prophet Mohammed Ibn Abdullah, and his family and companions and guidance to the day of judgment There is no doubt that press is of great importance for both civil and political communities, and therefore it was necessary that all the righs relating to the press should be clear and unambiguous, as the research lied in the question ; what the criminal foundations of accountability of the writer in publishing crimes ,so the research discussed the principle of legality in the law, and highlighted the legal rules that show the rules of this accountability, this issue was discussed in three consecutive chapters , and interconnected in logical manner where the introduction indicated the theoretical framework of the research through traditional elements ,according to scientific research, and as requirements of the dean of the poste graduatestudies in Africa international university curricula, the first chapter addressed the publishing crimes and their characteristics, importance, and historical development ,the second chapter came through three consecutive topics, where it discussed topics directly related to the subject of this research types of crimes which occur against the state and when accur against people and religions or effecting the judiciary secrets, thethird chapter discussed the foundations of criminal responsibility for publishing crimes in sudan ,the implications of accountability of the non – writer and the reponsibiliyof the editor in chief chief and subsequent partners The purpose of this research is to contribute to the field of scientific and legal fieldof human thought ,and what can lead to solving the problem of my research ;This would be due to the will godalmighty, but if I did not succeed this will be my fault, and this research is only an effort of a student, it is a human effort,which may be full of deficiencies or ambiguities and all these are human attributes.
