Abstract

The war is an old reality is humanity where the war is known as a tool for settling disputes, since the early epochs of human existence, if we go back to the history books and old manuscripts, we find enormous figures for the numbers of wars, where the human mind can not believe them. Although the international community has not ignored the interest of civilians during the war and their need for protection and care, but what we see in many parts of the world like violations of the rights of children and women is a cause of deep sadness. However, most of these violations that we can describe as which that occur to children and women as a result of the outbreak of wars and conflicts, which leave behind them large numbers of victims among most of them are children and women
