Abstract: This research entitled: "The Impact of difference in the seven readings in the interpretation of Surah Al-Imran," He chose the researcher subject to two main tasks are: to publish readings science to Muslim children, whether memorizing the Quran or not keep it, and the second task is to call for the teaching and learning of this science Galilee I studied, especially in the State of Indonesia. The department researcher this message to the four seasons, and is in the first chapter as a prelude to this letter and Chapter II and III seen as the most important chapters of this letter, the second chapter dealt with the concept of readings and origins and divisions and to identify the seven readers and Roathm, while in the third chapter dealt with this message for the seven letters and related impact seven readings. The fourth chapter is a practical side to this message as View Finder verses in which seven different readers which explains the difference in the position of the overall meaning of the verse and then draw between readings. Among the most important findings of the researcher except for this message: that the seven readings are not seven letters and seven letters is the seven languages of the Arabs, including the aspects of difference many, from which the different words with meaning agreement, as well as differences in pronunciation and performance bodies , and the seven readings are seven readings that Anzbha to seven imams. And seven readings are all considered one of the frequent readings and must be accepted. The researcher recommended to the Holy Quran, especially those who specialize in interpretation that deepens in the science of readings because they are the basic Study of interpretation
