Abstract

This study aimed to identify the administrative participation and its impact on the morale of workers in the Sudanese Company for Electricity Distribution Limited. The study’s assumptions are : There is statistical relationship between the administrative participation and moral spirit for employees in Sudanese Electricity Company .There is statistical relationship between employees’ participation in administration’s processes and increase job satisfaction for employees in the company ،there is statistical relationship between employees’ participation and raise the efficiency of performance. Approach was used descriptive and analytical style case study to get to the results of this study, beside the questionnaire ,various records and references to compile information. The study found the following results: involve workers in management helps to stimulate that related with work، Also noticed that participation helps in best use of resources. the study showed that participation helps in commitment the functions. concern to dissolve the material and moral problems helps rise the moral spirit. In light of these results it has been a number of recommendations including: necessity of participation of the employees in decisions making that related with work، necessity of motive the employees to apply the decisions through participate them in making ،and help them to solve their problem through give the competence . e in making the appropriate decisions in the appropriate time ، empower ،the positive thought for managers to employees participation in decisions making ،empower the administration participation to rise the moral spirit
