dc.description.abstractAbstract The research aimed to examine the tendencies of Sudan TV programs through the study of their maps, which represent the whole interest of the Sudanese audience, in order to highlight their strengthens and to find solutions for their weaknesses. To do so, the researcher adopted a descriptive methodology, and the study composed of four chapters. The first one presents the theoretical frame work including the plan and the methodology of the research. The second chapter deals with the TV programs and the TV production including its components. Concerning the third chapter, it studies the programs’ planning, the tendencies of the planners, the ways of planning as well as the analysis of the programs’ maps within the time framework. The field work of the study regarding the tendencies of Sudan TV programs constitutes the content of the fourth chapter. The researcher came out with many important results which include the following: 1. The importance of reinforcing the positive tendencies towards the programs’ planning regarding the development of new technologies. 2. The importance of TV planning through the best exploitation of the available resources in order to achieve the best results. 3. The lack of money constitutes one of the major obstacles for the application of TV programs’ plans. 4. The weak strategic planning is responsible of the weakness of TV programming. 5. The National TV is able to be distinguished if it makes good investment of its archives. 6. The importance of establishing a department of Quality in TV production in order to cope with the international measurements. 7. The importance to find a legislative formula to rule the relationships between the National media devices and those from the other Estates so as to serve the national message, one of the keys to the national unity.en_US
