حقوق ولاة الأمر في السنة النبوية: دراسة موضوعية

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to accumulate and study the ahadith related to the rights of those charged with authority in the Sunnah of the prophet, an objective study through the Sunnah books which are focused and interested in reporting the ahadithin the six books. The researcher addressed four chapters in his study. In chapter one he mentioned the research fundamentals which included: the option of the research title, the problem statement, question, hypothesis, objectives, significance, approach, limits, tools, terminologies, literature review and the contribution of the plan in human thought. In chapter two he mentioned the ahadith which are containing the obligation of obeying those charged with authority in non-disobedience cases and its prohibition in case of disobedience. In chapter three and four he tackled the ahadith which are demanding for patience when those charged with authority are unjust, oppression of people and their obedience despite their rights violation. He also mentioned therein the ahadith calling for the necessity of being an inherent in Muslim community when there is affliction as well as the prohibition of disobedience of those charged with authority and departure from the community. The researcher reported the ahadith related to the subject by stating its degree in terms of authenticity or weakness. He reached a number of results and recommendations which were mentioned at the end of this research, he also mentioned a number ofindexes, starting by the Quranic indexes, ahadith and ending by the content.
