مهددات الأمن الإنساني (الفقر) (دراسة حالة منطقة الفتح) (2013م - 2014م)

Abstract

The paper contains threats of the human security (poverty) in Alfatih region as a case study in 2013-2014, the paper aimed to define the poverty and its problem, and dimensions. The poverty threatening to human security as in decline services and deterioration of infrastructure, where the research take form in the poverty expansions which resulted of the infrastructures deterioration and its insufficiency. The study assumed that the poverty affects Alfatih region as it is a main threat to human security, also the study followed the descriptive analytical approach and the study case method, random sampling was taken and had been analyzing through the statistical package for social program (spss). The paper contains four chapters, the first chapter includes the introduction methodology that discusses the problem, aims, and importance, the second chapter included the general frame of the study and contained the study aspects, human security concepts, and their definitions, and types, and poverty, measurements, types, and indices, the third chapter, the study case was about Alfatih region, it included a brief background about the region from its geographical location, and them part of poverty and services

• The paper reached several results as: - the region suffered from displacement, lacked security, back wordiness of community and homelessness, etc... as well as the garbage impact badly on the health especially on winter and autumn seasons. • The study also recommended with several recommendations such as: - Recreant the homeless children and unemployed youth and staffing them on programs of training to improve their abilities. • Regulation women business especially for these who work on markets through regulation measures to guarantee their stability.
