dc.description.abstractThe role of change management in raising performance efficiency change is a continuous process and the man always seek of contest and direct it possibity for raising the organization performance . The aim of this study is to know the change and its role in raising the efficiency of performance in the service institutions taken by the Islamic Bank of Sudan as an example. This study, which followed the descriptive approach and took the form of questionnaire and analysis of data followed by statistical packages programs for social sciences spss came with results that confirm that change is based on initiative and encouragement and that the positive is based on mobilizing individuals and motivating them on scientific grounds and an organizational climate that leads to the initiative and to renewal and based on this study We recommend summarizing that: Every organization seeking change must provide a suitable environment for change and development and prepare it for acceptance of the new staff with the recommendation in the end the need to develop the scientific and study environments aimed at raising the efficiency of performance.en_US
