dc.description.abstractThis study aims at identifying the impact of applying the quality system performance of Shikan Insurance and Reinsurance Company Limited. The problem of the study is whether the application of total quality leads to any improvement in the administrative performance of the company is the application of the company to the quality system led to the career within the company .The importance of research in studying the impact of the application of TQM on improving the administrative performance of the institutions applied to the systems and the overall quality and the extent of perfection and the satisfaction of customers and customers in their application, through proper planning, intervention, team work, training, qualification, monitoring, measurement and evaluation to continuous improvement and improvement The descriptive and analytical approach was used. The research community consisted of employees of Shikan Insurance and Reinsurance Company Ltd., consisting of 022 department heads, department heads and staff. A sample of 50 persons was selected, ie, 02% of the research community was analyzed and tested. The study found several results. There is an improvement in performance through the adoption of comprehensive quality programs in order to achieve the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes for the purpose of improvement and continuous development. There is a high level of satisfaction with employees through wages, salaries, and material and moral incentives. There are active community partnerships led by the company to spread the Islamic insurance culture within society and to do its duty towards society well. The company's adoption of quality has improved its competitive position in the insurance market by facilitating services, optimizing the use of resources, reducing financial waste and strengthening the financial position of the company. The study came out with the preparation of recommendations, the most important of which is the commitment of the senior management to the continuity of the application of the quality system through making decisions and attention to qualifications and experience and the application of administrative systems. Shikan should use the concept of institutional excellence to improve performance. Expand the subscription portfolio and introduce new types of insurance to maintain existing customers.en_US
