dc.description.abstractThis study investigates the conflict between the doctrines sects in the Republic of Yemen with a focus on its impact on the social peace, where most of the conflict in Yemen is a conflict between the different sects in the beliefs. The research deals with the problem of conflict between the theological sects in Yemen, which caused political disagreements and international interference. The researcher has several hypotheses that will be tested during the research, the most important of which are the mention of the main principles found in the book of Allah (the Holy Quran), the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (Peace Be Upon Him), and what mentioned by Salaf (pious predecessors) in how to deal with violators and the negative impacts on social peace. This study consists of five chapters; each chapter has a number of units. Chapter One contains basics of research and Chapter Two discusses the history, geography and population of Yemen, the entry of Islam into Yemen, the previous religions and the emergence of the sects in Yemen. While Chapter Three deals with manifestations of the conflict between the theological sects that affected the political, economic, social and scientific aspects of Yemen in its current conflict. Chapter Four investigates the principles of the Holy Quran and the correct Sunnah, and the manner of righteous in dealing with the conflict between theological sects. Finally, Chapter Five discusses the social peace in Yemen and its factors of stability and instability. It has defined social peace (importance and necessity), the need of coexistence with the sects, and warning of political greed and external interference and its role in stability or fueling conflict. The research revealed a number of results, including: that some of the rights, which can be called contemporary or emerging rights, which have emerged as a result of political changes, which stipulated by international conventions, and that have their origin in the Islamic system, as the Prophet (Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) recognized them for the Jews in Al-Madina document.en_US
