| Abstract: | This study, entitled "Administrative Control and its Role in Job Performance in Educational Institutions", is a case study- ( International University of Africa). The problem of this study is the lack of some educational institutions in achieving their objectives in the absence of administrative control. Important question of the study: How can Administrative control contribute in risk reduction in educational institutions? , how does management control contribute to the detection of weaknesses in functionality? , And the importance of this study that it contributes to identify the causes of deviations in the implementation, in addition to highlighting the methods that can contribute to draw out these deviations by taking appropriate actions that lead to implementation in the correct ways in terms of quantity and quality and timing, administrative control be continuous to ensure the deviations are monitored in its infancy before get worse. Main objectives of this study are to define the objectives of the system before proceeding with the design of the system. It must be clear that the purpose of designing and preparing the control system is hierarchical from the bottom up to top managers, and identify data sources by identifying centers where there are actual implementation of the plans that have been developed. The most important of the study hypotheses is that administrative control led to facilitating and enhancing coordination in the job performance, also facilitated the supervision. Study followed analytical descriptive method and the case study. Results of the study as below : achievement of administrative control that existence in educational institution helps to avoids defectives. Administrative control, continued in educational institutions leads to the detection of weaknesses in the job performance. Through the above results, the study recommends are: Attention should be given to the oversight body in any institution because it helps to achieve the objectives of the institution, encourage , train workers and educate them so that they can implement self-censorship. |
