dc.description.abstractThis study comes under the title “ the goals of islamic sharia in preserving human species “ it clarifies the concept of the sharia goals and the extent to which they are important besides discussing newly erupting issues regarding this topic in the light of the muslim scholars’ opinions the study also establishes the grounds from Qur’an and the sunnah on which those goals stand ‘ in addition to outlining the stages this topic come through , branches of these goals from different perspectives . It also clarifies ties between goals and the means as they are closely related the study also proofs the importance of lineage preservation in referrence to the contemporary and past opinions of the muslim scholars . Mean white the study touches on how marriage leads to this goal and how prohibition of fornication and Sodom serves it. The study emphasizes on the contemporary opinions of the muslim scholars related to preservation of human species , including copying and sperm banks as well as milk banks and premarital medical test.
