dc.description.abstractThe study addressed the strategic management and its impact on the performance of the organizations to be the subject of this research. The most research problem in the extent to which the application of strategic managcment contributes in raising Lhe efficiency of the performance of institutions? The objective of this research is to learn how to apply the institution of strategic management, as well as the following organizations for strategic management and the use made of them. I-Ic then searches on several hypotheses testing The most important; the application of strategic management system helps to make decisions good in the long run, culture and knowledge managers in the organization to the concept of strategic management has an impact obviously downloaded to the ground. and use the historical research methodology and descriptive approach, the study found a number of the most important results; application management strategic system helps rational decision-making in the long term, culture and knowledge managers in the organization to the concept of strategic management has an impact obviously downloaded to the ground, there is a direct correlation between interest in strategic management and improve the performance of the device. OfThrs search a number of recommendations including; face the problems and deal with internal and external changes to all organizations of all sizes and various systems that aim to achieve the objectives requires the administration should have the ability to think strategically and see the future and predict the variables market and rapid response and flexible consumer needs and predict its behavior in the ftiture. The organization that sets strategy for the construction of overhead and increasc the expertise knowledge and skills that will contributeo achieving the goals and success of the organization.en_US
