dc.description.abstractThe study handled subject of teamwork and their role in the development of organization performance as applied study on Africa exchange company ltd. The study problem is based on the fact a number of institutions are suffering from their weak performance or their inability to achieve their targeted goals despite of their provision of the needed requirement for such promotion. The right application of teamwork system may help in solving this problem. The problem can state in the below questions: - How can teamwork system help in the development of organizations performance? - What is the link between using the teamwork system and the development of organization’s performance? -Will the application of teamwork system lead to the participation of worker in the decision making process? And what will be the consequent result for such participation? -What is the role of promotion of the skills of teamwork member in the achievement of company’s objectives? The study has assumed that the sound management of the teamwork will lead to the development of organization’s performance, the participation of workers in the decision making process will foster their devotion to the institution. The said assumptions have been tested in the practical study. The study uses the descriptive-analytical method and the case study system. Study main results: -The correct formation and management of teamwork inside the institution will lead to develop their performance. -Promotion of the skills of teamwork member will raise their creative ability and lead to the achievement of company’s objectives. Study Main Recommendation -To confirm its creative and promotional ability, the concerned institution should provide the best work atmosphere and encourage the teamwork spirit among its workers. -The concerned institution should link the teamwork with the reasonable rewards according to the nature of the related works and within the company’s policy.en_US
