dc.description.abstractThe study addressed the Problem: Impact of Incentives in Performance Efficiency Applied to Cooperative Corporation (2008-2013), the purpose of this study is to study and learn the concept of objectives and types of incentives on productivity and other institutions, to study and investigate the effect of incentives on the behavior of individuals within the Organization, study and knowledge contribution system Incentives within the Organization in raising the efficiency and effectiveness of its performance. To achieve the objectives of the study the following hypotheses were formulated and proved, there is a statistically significant relationship between material incentives and increase production and profits, moral incentives affect the efficiency and effectiveness of positive financial institutions performance, check the material and moral incentives and career satisfaction. Career, the study relied on deductive, inductive method, analytical and historical descriptive. The study came out several results: material and moral incentives led to satisfy individual subjectivity and moral, material and moral incentives are an indication of the success of the enterprise personnel policies, material and moral incentives system leads to performance appraisal of staff. The study came out several recommendations including: the researcher recommends increased financial incentives for employees of the institution, the researcher recommends the necessity of sending staff to Hajj and Umrah annually, the researcher recommends titling staff houses, the researcher recommends that scientific trips for staff outside Sudan.en_US
