dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to identify the role of public relations in spreading the culture of insurance by applying to the Islamic insurance company. The problem of research was that there is weakness in the local community of insurance companies in the insurance awareness, which leads to many malpractices or failure to resort to dealing with the company due to lack The reason for this is the weak role of public relations in spreading awareness of insurance in the local community. Therefore, it is necessary to highlight the role of public relations in spreading the culture of insurance to society and to indicate the importance of this role. Analytical Descriptive Approach by Using Questionnaire in Collecting Information and Data The researcher reached a number of results, including the following: 1 - The study showed that the public relations department of the Islamic insurance company seeks to change the negative impressions that the public holds about the company through research. 2 - The study proved that the public relations department of the Islamic Insurance Company is keen to provide the community with the news of the company. 3 - The study revealed that the Public Relations Department of the Islamic Insurance Company is reporting on the objectives and activities of the company. 4 - The study showed that the activities carried out by the Public Relations Department of the company lectures and seminars. The most important recommendations of the study are as follows: 1- Holding workshops, seminars and seminars to show the importance of public relations. 2- To spread the culture of public relations in society. 3. The study recommended that the public relations department of the insurance company should take a greater role in raising awareness about the importance of insurance. 4 - The study recommended the importance of enhancing the role of public relations in insurance companies and giving them greater attention by senior management. The research was organized into four chapters and a conclusion. Chapter I deals with the methodological framework and previous studies. The second chapter dealt with public relations. Chapter III dealt with insurance. Chapter IV dealt with the profile of the Islamic Insurance Company and the methodological procedures for the field study and the presentation, analysis and interpretation of the research form The conclusion included the findings, recommendations, list of sources, references and annexes.en_US
