dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to identify the concept of e-governance and statement of their importance and their positive influence in management positions and clarify the most important elements of electronic management and the handicaps of Panama national Omdurman and highlighting the positive side in the application of e-governance and its role in developing the performance Career and improve it. The researcher has reached a number of conclusions: a new style of electronic administration management make profound changes in the management environment in various social organizations and their benefits provide the best services for beneficiaries, and better performance for staff benefit from e-governance to be developed Administrative work and one of the most important electronic management reflections on the development and improvement of job performance is increased workload and reduce errors in work, and reduce the financial cost, staff training in the Bank contributes to the development of their performance and thus lead to improved performance of the Bank. One of the main recommendations of the study: we must encourage Government and private organizations to introduce e-governance applications and awareness of its importance, the Bank's personnel training and to equip them with the culture of e-governance, legislation that supports e-governance, relying on electronic administration system In making decisions.
