dc.description.abstractThe role of Amnesty International in protecting the right of the child to southern Somalia was discussed (2010-2015). The problem of this research was in the child at this stage if he did not find sufficient care, it threatens his life and leads to behavior is not equal, which may lead to loss. The aim of this study is to clarify the most difficult obstacles facing a child by examining the experience of Amnesty International to protect the child's right - to show the importance of the child in his life to the most important people who lead the future of their families and future pioneers. Research hypotheses The most common problems faced by displaced children in camps or others are the lack of basic services such as education, health and security. Amnesty International focuses on protecting the right of the child to voluntary human rights protection organizations in southern Somalia. the most important results is that Amnesty International has been in Somali territory since the 1990s and has its largest center in the Somali capital Mogadishu and also in various centers in the states of Somalia. Also, the states of Somalia are suffering from a human rights crisis over the past years. Women and children, Displaced camps suffer sexual assault by militia forces Reports have come in these southern and central states and the Somali capital Mogadishu, the percentage of child abuse amounted to 50%, the number of children who were forcibly recruited into the movement has increased under The number of Jihad to (2000) children in 2010 - 2015. The study concluded that the government must build training centers to protect children's rights. , As well as the activation of criminal justice at the international level in dealing with violations in the area of children's rights, regardless of the situations leading to the violation, for example in situations of conflict and war. And to assist local organizations to promote vital sectors of child care and protection. Education, health and justice are vital sectors that should be rehabilitated to carry out the responsibilities expected of them in this context.en_US
