| dc.description.abstract | The research aim is to see how well the delivery of medical services has been able to attract new customers. The problem with the research has been the impact of marketing the medical service on the customer base. Also, how effective is the provision of medical service to attract new customers? As well as the role played by providing the appropriate environment for the delivery of medical services in attracting new customers? The research assignments also provide better medical services to attract new customers, as well as effective marketing means to provide medical services that will attract new customers to the company, as well as provides an environment conducive to the provision of medical services to help attract new customers. The research follows the historical method, analytical descriptive approach and case study method. The research ended up with a number of results, important of which is the company's keens to provide the appropriate environment to provide its medical services in the required manner led to the acquisition of new customers and also the company's keenness to develop strategic plans for the advertising process led to attracting new customers, as well as the company to provide its medical services.
