dc.description.abstractThe research dealt with the organizational development and its role to achieve the institutional excellence, the study’s problem is that some organizations didn’t care about organizational development, also they didn’t know about institutional performance excellent , the study aims to know the concepts and importance of organizational development for persons and business organization, and the importance of development achieve institutional excellence, and to specify the role level for organizational development to achieve excellence in Omdurman National Bank. The hypotheses of the study: the organizational development has a great role for achieving institutional excellence; the acceptance of workers for organizational development is helps for institutional performance excellence. The researcher reaches the following results: Omdurman National Bank is seeking to achieve the efficiency effectiveness and excellence, Omdurman National Bank is adopting modern methods according to apply development requirements so as to provide new possibility and specially competitiveness. The important recommendations are: design a complete accurate system to monitor a phenomena and indicators which indicate that there are real needs for change and organizational development operation, and to specify the priority to execute the operation, and to develop the evidences of organizational terms and duties to confirm the responsibility of all units, and administrative responsibility in organization, for strategic change and develop operation.en_US
