Abstract: Abstract This research is to investigates of environmental damage responsibilities basis from an applied, comparative, legal jurisprudence perspective. The importance of this issue emanates from the fact that environmental damage responsibilities guarantee to preserve environment from negative activities of states an individuals. To attain the objectives of this research, the researcher used objective comparative analytic approach the inductive hoping to reach authentic scientific facts. The research treated of environmental damage responsibilities basis and its effectives.
