dc.description.abstractThis Research treats some of the disputable Scholars opinion related with purity it targets clarifying purity of fruits of such disputes in the real life. The Researcher used the descriptive and analytical method.The Research makes up of four chapters and conclusion. the first chapter is about Research basics and previous studies, the second chapter discusses the disagreement's concept and its history and its legitimacy in Islam, the third chapter is causes of dis agreement among the Scholars, and the fourth chapter is about different purity provisions among Jurists. The Researcher has found out many of results are, of which different understanding Quranic text is a reason, besides such difference in prophet tradition, the general goals of Islam charice and its secrets. such differences should be alway. referred to Quran and Sunnah as a regulation criteria laid by the Scholars themselves. The Researcher discusses many issues to show how the industrious Scholars differed in education of rules in instances where clear texts are not provided or where the general text and the particular one are in clear contradiction. Meanwhile, Researcher recommends with deeper studies of ground on which disagreement of Scholars stand to enhance understanding of modern Muslims.en_US
