dc.description.abstractThis research contains four chapters. Chapter one is about the theoretical framework of the research, in this chapter the researcher will deal with the most prominent elements related to the topic of this research such as a research problem, study goal. Methodology, and boundaries, in addition to research ways, tools, hypotheses and previous study. Chapter two is about human rights in terms of definition, importance. Historical development and types and this discussed through studies that divided to demands and branches in the context of Islamic doctrine and United Nation convention. In chapter three the researcher discusses some brands that human rights have and role of United Nation’s systems in convention protection and effect in rights protection. Chapter four explains the bases of human rights in Islam and position of s1amic doctrine from the lack of the convention of the United Nations to the principle of justice and the comparison of rights between convention of United Nation and Islamic legislation. At the end of this research we can find the conclusion, results and recommendations.en_US
