Abstract

The study recommended we must seek to increase and intensify training courses in the field of strategic management in general and focus on the aspects of bugs and vulnerabilities that appeared in the strategic planning and strategic analysis and strategic control, and must be at the senior management should seek and strive to be the goals and objectives of these companies are known and understood by the All employees because it had all the more all employees know and understand the goals and objectives and mission of their companies, this will be reflected positively on their performance .
