dc.description.abstractThe aims of this study is to highlight the role of human resources management in improving the efficiency of performance and to show out the obstacles that reduce the role of personnel management and propose appropriate solutions to overcome these obstacles and to identify the impact of training employees on the efficiency of techniques. An analytical descriptive method was used in this study , also the questionnaire was used for data collection , viewing the previous studies was done so as to make use of its contents. One of the most important hypotheses of this study is that human resource management seeks to raise the morale of the employees to achieve loyalty to the corporation , in addition to training the employees and developing effective promotion programs that lead to raising the capabilities and skills of the workers, which help to the efficiency of performance. The most important findings of this study as follows: The majority of respondents believe that the appointment of the hotel is according to the academic’s qualification.Most of the sample do not agree with the statement: the administration transports workers from the workplace to their homes. Among the recommendations of this study is the importance of appointing employees with long experience in administration, providing transport to the workers and paying attention to the training of staff outside the Sudan to acquire experience and promote their skills. Study is organized in four chaptersas follows: chapter one :basic format and Previous Studies, chapter two: Importance of human resource management and its effect in promotingperformance. Chapter three:performance conception and efficiency. Chapter four: field study ,conclusion, results ,recommendations, sources and references, in addition to the appendixes .en_US
