dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to demonstrate the role of culture of participation in the organizational loyalty and its effect on the performance and the improvement inside the Authority and for achieving the objectives of the bank (authority) through the participation of the workers in the managerial process or the tasks. The study predominantly used the descriptive approach for analyzing the data. The main hypotheses of this study are, the process of worker participation in the bank (Authority) leads to increase the understanding compatibility between the higher administration and the workers, the participation improves workers qualifications and develops their performance and their loyalty. Nile Bank practices the process of workers participation for the sake of developing the workers. The study has arrived to; the workers in the bank can introduce their ideas and their recommendations for the sake of achieving the bank (authority) objectives, the culture of participation helps to move their experiences and their efficiency which could increase the performance and the loyalty. The study recommends that, it’s very important to give the workers right to participate in the managerial process to keep them satisfied and motivated, also to prepare the work environment through providing the basic tools and to encourage planning and quality departments to do their full performance, the study also recommend that to put an effective mechanism to encourage workers to increase their performance and their productivity which will contribute in achieving the whole objectives. This study is organized in four chapters, chapter one includes the methodology and the related previous studies, chapter two include general view on the culture of participation and its important ance and its objectives, chapter three includes the idea of the organizational loyalty, chapter four includes the data analysis, results and recommendations lastly the references.en_US
