Abstract

The study aimed to highlight the role of logistics management in improving the quality of work. The problem of research was the lack of interest of the top management in logistics planning and ignorance in turn in achieving the quality of the logistics service, in addition to the lack of training in the application of practices that lead to the quality of logistics service provided by industrial enterprises. The importance of this research is that it looks at one of the modern management methodologies, which constitute an important branch of business management, namely logistics management, in addition to highlighting the weaknesses in the role of logistics management in access to the quality of logistics service, Logistics management. The research hypothesis was that there is a statistically significant correlation between the efficiency of the performance of logistic management and the improvement of the quality of work. There is also a significant statistical correlation between the adoption of modern systems in transportation and storage operations and improving the quality of work. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method and the historical method. The results of the research teamwork in the logistics management of the Coca-Cola factory led to the improvement of the quality of work and the development of a strategic plan for the management of the factory, which led to improved quality of work and tight coordination between the logistics units of the factory contributed to obtain high quality outputs. The research recommended a number of recommendations, including the need to work in a team spirit, based on the concept that it will improve the quality of work, the need to pay attention to the strategic plans to contribute to improve the quality of work, the need to pay close attention between the units of logistics management, Leading to high-quality output, maximizing the opportunities for storage activities as it contributes to the development of performance as it improves the quality of work.
