dc.description.abstractFor the composition of banking institution with the capacity to compete and to provide financial services required. Access to the entities of a strong, capable and compatible that can deal with global banks and banks to coming to Sudan after Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) To eliminate the weakness of many of the existing banks. Also for the purpose of forming integrated devices respond to the projected requirements ،n post-peace agreement, especially after it became clear through a review of the risks and the inability of the Sudanese banks in its current position to act on the indicators and the expected standards. Within the context of the CPA, and its international support we encountered a increase in number of banks, which led to the proposal of merger. The issue suggests institutional capabilities that contribute positively in the next phase of building the New Sudan along with coping with international banking technology on one hand, and cultural and information awareness on the other. The study at hand is composed of an introduction, four chapters, end, recommendations and conclusions. The first chapter handles the general concept of administrative organization, its importance, aims, types and forms of organizational structure and how the reorganization and the factors affecting the organizational structure. The second chapter has reviewed the concept of banking mergers, types and advantages and its reasons and its determinants and problems and practical aspects of the merger. The third chapter handles evaluation of the experiment of banking merger in Sudan, necessities of evaluation, phases and examples of banks that underwent merger in Sudan. Chapter four deals with Blue Nile East Bank. Results of field study were analyzed to test the validity hypothesis. The study refers to a collection of recommendations: 1) enacting to regulate merger amid banks,2) The need to establish consulting firms to assess the conditions of financial institutions into mergers.3) To prepare a complete and accurate job description for all positions to the organizational structure and determine the capacity and skills required of the incumbents. The study was concluded with alternative proposals for further consideration of future reports in this area.en_US
