dc.description.abstractThe problem of this research is that, some organizations don`t care about the training culture, the thing that has negative effect upon raising the competence of performance. The research deals with the importance of training in mastering the skills, and promoting abilities among the graduates, through the application of the National Training Centre of Graduates in 2016-2017 This research aims to show the importance of training in developing the abilities, propagate the culture of the free lancing, and to motivate the graduate to deal with. The researcher uses the descriptive analyzing method, and the case study to examine the hypothesis: 1- There is a link between the training and performance perfection. 2- The graduate’s projects help in solving the unemployment problem. 3- There is a relation between the training and the success of project of the productive graduate. 4- Developing the abilities and motivating the graduates to enter the world of the free lancing. Results of the research: 1- Training programs help in raising the graduate competence. 2- The training attitudes used in the Centre is going with the modern methods of progress. 3- Training leads to the success of the productive graduate. Research recommendations: 1- Informing the trainee of the job requirements before training. 2- Regular follow up of the trainees, so as to know the changes that happen in their attitudes and performance. 3- The training centers should be well qualified, and under the supervision of the specialist authorities. 4- Giving chance to the trainees to state their suggestions in the training programs.en_US
