Abstract

This research finds out the understanding the effect and the role played by information technology on the decision of management The main objective of this research is to study the importance of information technology and its impact on managerial activities The research comprises of four chapters through which the following results and suggestions are obtained, information technology played great role in improving the efficiency of the management Information technology has a great impact on managerial decisions . The management information system and technology increases the efficiency and perfection of organizational tasks. Information system provides important information for taking essential decisions quickly. There should be a fast connection of the heads of the division with the network to enhance proper and fast flow of information, thus leading to coordinated decision making. The human factors should be put into consideration in enhancing suitable decision taking process in all part and giving decision a deep study. Every individual should be afforded opportunity in decision making. Attention should be giving to the provision of all technological tools and modern systems as well as giving management regularly.
