Abstract

This research dealt with subject of the critical implications and implications of the study in the light of the holy Quran. The purpose of the research is to explain the concept of the forest, its meaning and its fields in the holy Quran, as well as to examine the effects of applying the rules of lifting the forest. The research was based on the historical approach and analytical descriptive approach. The structure of the research was based on an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The research found that the embarrassment in the Holy Quran Has three meanings namely distress, doubt and sin. The most promincnt arcnt arcas of lifting the embarrassment in the Holy Quran are the lifting of the embarrassment in the acts of worship and the transactions. there are some rules for raising the embarrassment. The research found that the interest in the effects of the rules of lifting the embarrassment and its applications is clear in the indication that the most important of the purposes of the Islamic legislation and the rejection of the mandate out of the situation beside the statement that the alleviation of the weakness of the taxpayer of the purposes of Islamic legislation.
