dc.description.abstractAbstract The study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of the administrative decision to achieve the organization's goals, the case of Sudan Telecommunications company Study. To achieve the objectives of the research researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach, and the research community is working in the main branch of the company's 350, the researcher a random sample of 50 individuals chosen, the researcher used the questionnaire information-gathering tool. To verify the hypotheses, the researcher analyzed the data by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences SPSS, the researcher found to verify the research hypotheses, and reached a number of conclusions, including: Consolidating the culture of participation in decision-making institutions leads to higher spirits among workers. And follow the method of participation in the decision-making leads to the success of administrative work and thus to the success of the enterprise. The low level of job satisfaction for employees management performance in Sudanese Telecommunications company. And the level of standards of justice in decision-making process in Sudan Telecommunications below the required level. The researcher recommended the following: Work on establishing a culture of participation in decision-making to ensure morale among workers. Being careful to follow the standards of a fair in the decision-making process to ensure workers interact with the decisions taken. The need for an effective system in the process of administrative decision that would achieve the goals as required. And work to strengthen the culture of human relations to achieve a spirit of cooperation within the institutions.en_US
