Abstract

This research is devoted to a discussion of crisis and disasters management. This thesis is concerned in particular with Khartoum airport disasters during the years 1998-2010 AD to recognize the reasons of increasing planes disasters, specially in the year 2008 AD during which a lot of soles are lost. This research composed of three chapters each chapter included three sections. In addition to findings , recommendation and conclusion. The findings of the study is that the most essential reasons of disasters in Khartoum airport during the mentioned period are the administrative defect in Sudanair corporation and the civil aviation authority, also duality of airport corporation authority since it holds both operation system and air traffic controlling. Moreover, there is no co-operation between the crisis team and those who are responsible of airport safety while the crisis is taking place, this is clearly seen in the accident of Boeing 310 on 10th of June 2008 AD. The recommendation of the study is to implement the law perfectly Civil Aviation Law 2010 AD, to separate between operation authority and air traffic controlling authority of civil aviation. Besides confronting the sanctions against Sudan so as to be lifted, To  and make scenario for the crisis team in order to administrate the crisis it takes place. Finally, to benefit from the positive sides of privatization and prevent the negatives .
