Abstract

This study aims at recognizing the impact of the administrative and technical development of police services promotion . It is the case study of the foreign students I. D. cards section at Aliens Department Police . The purpose is to determine the effect of this development on the police force and the students who receive these services in Khartoum State and other states of Sudan . The study problem is represented in that the administrative, technical and technological progress in the main section was not present in the sections of the states and as aresult the work was centralized . The study handled some hypotheses represented in: - Neglecting the administrative and technical development results in low performance and its eventual collapse . - The administrative and technical development helps to promote police services . The study deals with the administrative development as basic concepts , meaning and concept of administrative development and contemporary concepts in the administrative development and objectives of the administrative development . The study handled also , the meaning and concept of the technical and technological development and factors influencing the development of technical and technological information systems, as well as features of the administrative and technical development in the police . The study gave a historical introductory overview of the organization of foreign students welfare and the section of foreign students permits .The occlusion of the study presented a number of findings , which indicated that the section of the foreign students provides outstanding services to the segment of the foreign students and that there is a good coordination between the organization and the section which resulted in quality service and timely provision . The main recommendations of the study stressed on the importance of continuing the provision of services for the student, continuing the coordination between the section and the organization and expanding the migratory work and the role of the organization in the rest of the states.
