dc.description.abstractAbstract The study was titled with (The requirements of the institutional work efficiency and its impact on the administrative performance: A case study on Al-Aqsa Medical Company, Republic of Yemen, during the period from 2007 -2014). The research problem represented in a gap between the knowledge of the efficiency requirements for the administrative performance and its application in the reality of the company. This imbalance is due to the way that these requirements were managed. The research aims to identify the institutional work efficiency requirements, and to highlight the positive impact of human, material and financial resources on the administrative performance, as well as, it aims to state the importance of legislation, regulations and administrative systems in raising the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. The importance of research is in mind it as a main ingredient of modern contemporary management, and to contribute in upgrading the level of performance, and face different challenges in business organizations. The research hypotheses as follows: there is a positive relationship between high efficiency of human, financial and material resources and the high of administrative performance, as well as, there is a relationship between the efficiency and effectiveness of the control framework of legislation and regulations and the administrative performance. The study used historical methodology, descriptive and analytical methodology, and the case study methodology, also statistical methods were used to access to the results and test hypotheses, through a statistical program (SPSS), and chi square. The research found several results, the most important: many of the efficiency requirements were offered in the company and it were applied and positive used, efficient working methods and systems in the distribution of leadership and executive roles, as well as, the various resources in the company were taken advantage in a positive way. The study found out a number of recommendations, the most important: It should be to involve employees in identifying and formulating of the strategic and operational objectives, and decision-making, as well as, the corporate culture and the culture of discipline should be published, also, the various resources and continuous updating of systems and working methods should be taken advantage.en_US
