dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The study demonstrates the definition of the term knowledge management and determines its constituents ,trying to know its relation with the information management, besides ,it explains the strategic role of knowledge management. the researcher proposed 3hypotheses :There is direct relationship between knowledge management and exploiting the resourses of the company،There is direct relationship between Proper exploitation of knowledge management and raising the quality of its internal procedures ،There is direct relationship between Proper exploitation of knowledge management and beneficial competition in the company . the methodology fdlowed in this reacle is the histoncal desenptive aualyssiswd care study the researcher has concluded the following results :The key to organization success depends on knowledge of the employee about how to achieve their goals,this is why knowledge is the essence of competition between different organizations and the information is considered apowerful tool in various life activitiy of organization, including the financial organizations. according to the previous results the research provides the folllowing recommendations: emphasizing the importance of knowledge and information and their role in achieving competitive advantage and emphasizing that the most important and decisive element in knowledge management is the human resources and the importance of of protecting the information after savivg it by encoding in such away that hackers cannot read it .en_US
