dc.description.abstractAbstract The research deals with the culture of the organization and its impact on the organizational structure , taking the Sudanese Company for mobile phone ( Zain ) as a case study . The major problem of the research is represented in the absence of one culture within the organization , which requires the necessary sense of responsibility from the administration so as to prevent the negative effects . The most important hypotheses are : The administration’s keen interest in the organizational culture has a positive effect on the organizational structure . Administrator’s keeping to office for along time leads to negligence of the organizational culture , and hence affect organizational structure . Getting used to the types of behavior provided by the individual’s culture affects the process of building the structure . The study adopted the analytical , descriptive methodology using the following tools in collecting information : Primary resources ( interview and questionnaire ) . Secondary resources ( books , references , publications ) . The research came out with some conclusions , the most important of which are : The administration displays a great deal of interest to the organizational culture . The organizational structure of the firm is quite clear and well known to all the workers . و The economic variables considerable and noticeable effect of levels of the organizational culture . The most important recommendations may be summarized in the following : Specifying the term of administrators in office according to specific manner . Finding solutions to the problems that hinder the effect of the administration in establishing the culture . The research is composed of four chapters . Chapter one deals with concept of organizational culture in three themes namely the concept , types and importance of culture , what are the characteristics and dimensions of culture ? and the mechanisms and ways of changing culture . Chapter two tackled the concept of the organizational structure in two themes : the concept and importance of the organizational structure and types of organizational structure . Chapter three is the theoretical frame where the searcher talked about the Sudanese Company for Mobile phone (Zain) in two themes : the development of tele-communication in Sudan , the second theme is titled the Sudanese Company for Mobile phone (Zain) . Chapter four reviewed the culture of the organization and its impact on the organizational structure , the second theme is the field study about the Company (Zain) in two sub-themes , the procedures of the study , data analyses and selection of hypotheses and finally the conclusion , the results and the recommendations .en_US
