| dc.description.abstract | Abstract The research importance of the sales staff and their role in raising productivity to achieve the highest profit since they are considered a link between Sudan Airways and customers company and the goal of research is to shed light on the sales staff company Sudan Airways and the extent of their contribution in providing sales service ticket, and over the company's interest perfecting performance and how it affects employee productivity, and the impact of training on sales employees. Hypotheses of this research is that continuous improvement in marketing sales affect the service provided to attract a larger number of customers, and also to choose a Career Level rehabilitation process and affect the marketing sales service provided to customers, the inductive method was used descriptive and historical. The research found a set of results is the most important sales management or commercial management company Sudan Airways of the largest departments of the company and is one of the important sources or resource. The recruitment and training, rehabilitation and motivate sales staff leads to increased productivity. As for the most important recommendations researcher recommends: take care of Sudan Airways perfecting the services provided by the sales of tickets, and Shipping and relocation, and air shipment and other and work to the best to keep abreast of developments in the field of aviation. The Sudan Airways is working on the renewal of the marketing policies and the allocation of budget to promote the face of competition in the market. | en_US |
