Abstract

ABSTRACT

This research aims to reveal the role of administrative leadership and the extent of success or failure that results from the impact of administrative leadership based on the management of waqf Islamist Khartoum state Vohmath lie in it loop access to meet the requirements and objectives of the standing and the interests of the beneficiaries of the waqf and plans Foundation Endowment and Islamic perceptions of the future and they inside the center, which fused all the concepts , strategies and policies and strengthen the positive forces in the Foundation endowment and reduce the negative aspects as much as possible and to control the problems of waqf and resolution, and the resolution of differences between the views and weighting while maintaining the endowment and its continuity .

The research indicated the role of commander administrative Commander strong management qualification is the antidote fundamental in addressing each crisis experienced by Comapany endowment as weakness and inability to develop plans and programs necessary waqf lead to weakness of the Foundation endowment and the weakness of its competitive position and the growing threats it that might lead to the demise of waqf itself. Through this research we discover how to identify the commander and administrative functions and address skills and qualities supposed to provide it and identify the conditions required in managing a successful commander in addition to the importance of his presence and the impact that positive and know the patterns of the administrative leader .

The research indicated that there is a correlation between the effectiveness of the administrative leadership and the role of wqaf Muslim in the state of Khartoum , as well as the role of leadership in the development and promotion of a culture of volunteerism within the community , also pointed out that the deterioration of Awqaf and weakness caused by lack of leadership administrative actors and capable of innovation , and the success and Nma endowment Islamic in previous eras is given to the presence of the leadership of administrative effective understanding of the foundations of the moratorium and its importance to the community and maintain it and that there is a relationship between the size of Islamic Endowments in Khartoum state and social cohesion within the state and the shortcomings of the official interest cessation Islamic due to the lack of popular participation as individuals and organizations in the management of the Islamic Waqf .
